Peachcake is the project of Stefan Pruett, with co-writer, producer, and friend, David Jackman, and longtime band member, Mike McHale. Through the years, the band has experienced an ever-evolving cast of characters, but taking on a more focused, scaled-back, and authentic approach to the creation of their new album, Unbelievable Souls, Peachcake has found and come into a much more sound and solidified group that helped to realize that much more focused and authentic foundation and element to the creative process.

The new album, Unbelievable Souls, which enlisted a nice gathering of helping hands, producer and engineer, Jalipaz at Audioconfusion Studios, as well as mixing engineer Alex Aldi (Passion Pit, The Walkmen, Holy Ghost!), will be released in 2012, and the band will be on tour forever, promoting its wackiness and wonderment to the entire world.
